Returns & replacements

If your order arrives damaged, we replace it — no questions, no return shipping. Share an unboxing photo or video within 7 days of delivery and a replacement ships within 3 business days.

Because each piece is made by hand and sold in small runs, we don't offer change-of-mind returns. Slight variations in grain and finish aren't defects — they're the point.
